What time does school begin and end?
 
Our school day begins at 8:45 am with morning prayer. Students may be dropped off as early as 8:25. The school day ends at 3:00 pm. Half day nursery and PreK ends at 12:00.
 
Are buses available?
 
Buses are available for Andover residents that live beyond walking distance to school.
 
What towns are families from?
 
Our top six communities are Andover, Methuen, North Andover, Lawrence, Tewksbury, and Haverhill, but we also serve families from Cape Ann, Southern NH, and the Greater Boston area. All together we serve students from 20 area communities.
 
Where do graduates attend high school?
 
Of our graduates, most will attend Catholic high schools while some others will attend private schools and public schools. Catholic high schools include Central Catholic High School, Austin Preparatory School,  St. John's Preparatory School, and Lowell Catholic High School. Private schools include Phillip's Academy Andover, Brooks School, Groton Academy, St. Mark's and Pingree School.
 
Where are uniforms purchased?
 
Our uniform provider is JB Pride. The closest store location is Woburn and uniforms may also be ordered online at www.jbprideuniforms.com. We also host uniform swaps throughout the year—parents are welcome to take outgrown uniforms donated back to the school. Our school code is 169.
 
How do I volunteer?
 
To volunteer in the classroom, chaperone field trips, or help lead Guild events, parents/guardians/grandparents must:
·        Complete a CORI form (in person and a license or state ID is needed). CORIS must be renewed each year.
·        Complete a Code of Conduct form (which can be done at the same time a CORI is filled out).
·        Complete a Protecting God’s Children class (this is a one- time class—please provide a copy of the certificate received upon completion).
 
 
 
What after school clubs are offered?
 
Clubs are offered every trimester and vary based on interest and the season. Past clubs include crafting, board games, junior basketball, art club, mural painting, quilling and kickball. Students in the middle school have the opportunity to join the Leadership Team, Academic Bowl, STREAM team (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, Mathematics), Math team, Yearbook Club, and dance committee.
 
Are there any additional fees? Is the deposit deducted from the tuition?
 
There are no textbook fees or mandated fundraising fees in addition to the tuition. There is an annual re-registration fee in the winter during the re-enrollment period. Yes, the deposit is deducted from the tuition.
 
Do you offer extended day?
 
Yes, morning extended day begins at 7:00 am and afternoon extended day goes until 5:00 pm. Please see the extended day application and handbook on our website for more details.
